Wonderful isolated hotel far from the crazy crowded areas such as Nungwe or Kendwa. Small property, fantastic views, great friendly staff, special thanks to Ashraf, Denise, Oscar for their attentiveness.

Located in Jambiani, less than 1 km from Jambiani Beach, Zen Boutique Resort provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a fitness centre and a garden. A one of a kind place. We felt welcome and could relax and de-stress! We truly recommend this accommodation! Location: Although not at the beach, it’s literally a short stroll across the road. It also makes it a quite place, ideally to relax. Service: Staff was exceptionally welcoming and helped with all your questions. We were also happily surprised by the effort they do to reduce platsic waste. You can for example refill your waterbottle for free. Depending on the time and energy you want to put into negotiation during your holidays we do recommend to arrange an airportshuttle through uber or negotiate with a taxidriver at the airport itself. Booking a car for the whole week and picking it up in the airport is an even better idea. Also the laundry and daytours can be found cheaper (negotiate the trips by going with your own car) Room: The room is spacious, with a lovely outside bathroom, with good shower pressure and always hot water, airconditioning, silent refrigerator and water cooker with coffee and tea. Everyday your room is cleaned and you get clean towels for the bedroom + additional one’s for the swimmingpool. A plus was the fresh water refilled in a glass bottle everyday in the room included in the package. Breakfast: The breakfast was delicious with fresh fruits, granola, yoghurt, eggs, pancakes, smoothie, fresh baked sweets… the best!

Facing the beachfront, The Mora Zanzibar offers 5-star accommodation in Matemwe and has a shared lounge, terrace and bar. Good option for families Variety of restaurants. Beach was fine. In general is a very good option.

Perfect host with the warmest welcome you can imagine and the way every single staff members treat you makes you feel king and queen. Amazing white beach in front of you with the magical sound of the waves of the Indian Ocean makes it a paradise and a must-stay when you are on the beautiful island of Zanzibar

The One Resort Zanzibar has a restaurant, fitness centre, a bar and garden in Makunduchi. This 4-star hotel offers a private beach area, a concierge service and free WiFi. Breakfast was great each morning with several options to choose from. The pool and pool area is amazing, very relaxing. Dinner each evening was great, again with several options and then followed by some type of entertainment.

Facing the beachfront, Imara Beach Resort offers 4-star accommodation in Kiwengwa and has a garden, restaurant and bar. Not sure where to start...OUR STAY WAS MORE THAN AMAZING.. THE BEACH IS ONE OF THE MOST BEAUTIFUL WE HAVE SEEN IN ZANZIBAR... WHITE SANDS AMAZING FOOD.. OUTSTANDING BREAKFAST AND WARM HEARTED ATTENTIVE STAFF.. I WILL DEFINETLY BE COMING BACK.
